A global furniture manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Care professional. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end order and delivery processes while ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple sales channels.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries across retail, wholesale, eCommerce, and stores, and coordinate internally for resolution
• Manage daily order processing and ensure timely submissions to suppliers, including US system entries
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure 100% on-time order fulfillment and client satisfaction
• Handle warranty claims and ensure timely processing and replacements
• Coordinate with Logistics to align delivery timelines with customer expectations
• Collaborate with internal and overseas teams to improve service delivery and meet business growth targets

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in leading customer fulfilment and delivery (store, retail/ wholesale organisation)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
