コンプライアンス担当役員/ Compliance Officer

A renowned financial services company is looking for a Compliance Officer, Japan. The selected candidate will oversee compliance activities, regulatory matters and risk management while supporting the local and global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Japan compliance framework
• Oversee regulatory filings and ongoing compliance requirements
• Review business and marketing materials for regulatory compliance
• Manage AML and other compliance screening activities
• Provide compliance guidance and training to the local team
• Support regulatory matters and work with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (law is a plus)
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid Japanese or overseas legal qualification
• Possess valid compliance certification
• Possess valid Japanese industry qualifications
