輸送・貿易コンプライアンスマネージャー/ Transportation & Trade Compliance Manager

A renowned international fashion brand is seeking an International Transportation & Trade Compliance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee import/export operations, trade compliance, cost analysis, and logistics projects to ensure efficient and compliant global trade. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage import/export operations, including duty optimisation and supplier negotiations
• Validate KPIs (lead-time, error ratio, efficiency, security) and conduct monthly reviews
• Develop and implement trade compliance programs, ensuring adherence to international regulations
• Conduct audits, provide compliance training, and monitor regulatory changes
• Oversee cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting for transportation expenses
• Manage logistics projects, special events, and organisational development initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in trade compliance
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
