収益担当ディレクター/ Director of Revenue

A global luxury hospitality company is looking for a Director of Revenue, Reservations and PBX. The selected candidate will lead revenue strategy, distribution, reservations and PBX operations while driving hotel performance and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee revenue management and distribution strategies
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue and business performance
• Develop pricing and forecasting strategies
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Manage distribution channels and business partnerships
• Analyse hotel performance and recommend improvements
• Oversee reservations and PBX operations
• Ensure relevant systems and booking platforms operate effectively
• Monitor data quality and reporting
• Conduct regular property performance reviews
• Collaborate with hotel departments to support commercial objectives
• Coach teams and provide operational guidance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in hotel management, tourism or economic studies
• More than 5 years of hands-on hotel revenue management experience
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Understanding of hotel technology (MS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets)
• Proficient in written and verbal English
