セールスマネージャー/ Sales Manager
An international technology company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth in authentication and flash storage solutions. The selected candidate will generate new leads, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of target markets and flash storage
- Generate new leads, partnerships, and secure initial reference accounts in Japan
- Identify and onboard new end customers, system integrators, channels, and authentication software vendors
- Analyse market trends to create effective sales strategies and product roadmaps
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure accurate and compelling product presentations
- Represent the company in industry events, workshops, and webinars
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Master’s degree is ideal)
- More than 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in business growth
- Experience in customer acquisition and market expansion
- Background in security authentication/MFA products with strong industry connections preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work within a multicultural global organisation
- Business level English
