ナショナルビジネスディベロップメントマネージャー/ National Business Development Manager
A global pharmaceutical logistics company is seeking a National Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will lead sales strategies, develop key client relationships, and drive marketing initiatives to achieve business growth. This is a direct contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute country and account strategy plans
- Plan and manage budgets to meet sales objectives and control costs
- Lead and manage the sales team, driving performance and growth
- Collaborate on Japanese-language marketing campaigns and manage agency relations for SEO, SEM, and social media projects
- Localise promotional materials and support lead generation and demand campaigns
- Oversee events such as workshops and tradeshows while supporting PR-related activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proven experience in B2B marketing or advertising
- Proficiency in Pardot and Salesforce systems
- Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage and lead local and virtual teams
- Proficient in written and verbal Japanese; fluent level English
