人事ジェネラリスト/ Human Resources Generalist

A global industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations across Japan and South Korea. The selected candidate will manage employee lifecycle processes, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment coordination, and HR compliance while supporting the APAC HR leader.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation reviews, contract renewals, and exits
• Coordinate monthly payroll, employee benefits, leave administration, and insurance matters with vendors and Finance teams
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, payroll information, and personnel files
• Ensure compliance with local HR regulations and health and safety standards
• Address employee concerns, support engagement initiatives, conduct stay surveys, and coordinate local training programmes
• Support recruitment activities, interview scheduling, HR projects, and relationships with external vendors and government agencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, psychology, labor relations, or a relevant domain
• More than 3 years of experience in HR generalist or HR operations
• Proficient in MS Office 365
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in South Korean market
• Prior experience in a global, matrixed organisation
• Proven HR OPS experience
