シニアフィールド人事スペシャリスト/ Senior Field HR Specialist

An international technology company is looking for a Senior Field HR Specialist, APAC. The selected candidate will provide strategic employee and labour relations support, advise leaders, manage complex HR cases and drive organisational change.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders on employee and labour relations strategies
• Advise managers on labour matters and leadership practices
• Facilitate performance management and organisational change initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies
• Lead employee relations programmes and workplace investigations
• Manage escalated HR issues and provide support to employees and managers
• Maintain case records and prepare reports for senior management
• Monitor and evaluate labour relations procedures and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources management, business administration, or a relevant domain
• More than 5 years of experience in employee and labor relations or a related role
• Understanding of Japan labor laws and regulations
• Proficient in HR software and data analysis tools
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Understanding of other APAC countries labor laws and regulations
• Possess valid Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) qualification
