人事マネージャー/ HR Manager

A renowned appliance manufacturer is looking for an HR Manager. The selected candidate will oversee talent development, people analytics, labor governance, and strategic HR partnering to support organizational growth and business continuity.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with middle managers on leadership, performance management, and strategic workforce priorities
• Lead talent development and upskilling programs based on current and future capability gaps
• Drive individual development planning, employee engagement, and performance culture initiatives
• Analyse workforce data and develop HR dashboards covering retention, productivity, and organisational health
• Modernise HR processes through digitalisation while improving efficiency and data integrity
• Manage labor governance, employee relations, organisational change, and succession support for HR leadership

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in an operating company
• Prior labor management knowledge
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in reading, written, and spoken English
