サイト人事マネージャー/ Site Human Resources Manager

A global machine parts manufacturer is looking for a Site Human Resources Manager. The selected candidate will partner with the Managing Director to align HR policies, people programmes, budgets and processes with business priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Managing Director to set HR goals and align policies with business priorities
• Drive internal communications and embed company strategy across HR functions
• Lead training plans based on departmental skills matrices
• Manage organisation development, grading, competency reviews and succession planning
• Manage HR budgets, costs, compensation and benefits programmes
• Lead inclusion, diversity, employee engagement and HR data reporting
• Maintain accurate HR information and align headcount data with Finance systems
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements
• Report workplace hazards, near misses and incidents
• Promote a safe working culture and lead by example

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related domain
• More than 5 years of progressive HR experience
• More than 3 years of experience in a leadership or HR Business Partner role
• Experience across multiple HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, organisation development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and workforce planning
• Prior experience supporting business transformation, organisational change, and talent development initiatives
• Proven experience in an international or matrix organisation
• Fluent level spoken and written Japanese and English
