L&D シニアスペシャリスト/ L&D Senior Specialist

A global consumer products company is looking for an L&D Senior Specialist. The chosen applicant will define and create training program objectives and develop required training content, localising it at the channel level.

Responsibilities:

• Define and create training program goals and project plans based on the annual training calendar
• Develop training programs from scratch, in collaboration with vendors, or through localisation of OC programs, and deliver them on time
• Determine appropriate training mechanisms, including digital and classroom formats, and collaborate with the Deployment team to align deployment and completion schedules
• Manage vendors, including sourcing external expertise for specific training needs
• Review training program effectiveness and user feedback to propose improvements
• Oversee Knowledge Management, including training catalogue management
• Prepare and present training programs at management meetings when necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-5 years of B2C or B2B Training & Development experience
• Experience in developing a variety of training content (sales/program/initiatives training; role- or channel specific skills training is preferred)
• Business experience in commercial roles engaging with consumers (call centre, marketing, sales)
• Vendor sourcing and vendor management experience
• Knowledge of training methodologies and program development
• Native level presentation, written, and verbal Japanese; advanced level verbal English
