L&D主任スペシャリスト/ Lead Specialist L&D

A global medical device company is looking for a Lead Specialist, Learning & Development. The selected candidate will lead learning and talent development programs, drive stakeholder engagement, facilitate training initiatives, and collaborate with regional and global teams to deliver impactful development solutions. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end learning and development programs aligned with business objectives
• Partner with employees, managers, HR, and business leaders to identify and address development needs
• Facilitate leadership programs, workshops, onboarding sessions, and employee development initiatives
• Drive learner engagement, communication strategies, and continuous program improvement through data and feedback
• Collaborate with APAC and global teams to deploy and adapt learning and talent initiatives for local needs
• Review localised learning materials and represent Japan's business and cultural perspectives in regional and global projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 5 years of human resources experience
• More than 3 years of direct experience in learning & development, talent development, talent management, organisational development, or related HR domain
• Experience facilitating or co-facilitating workshops, training programs, onboarding sessions, leadership development experiences, or similar learning events
• Prior experience managing learning programs, projects, or talent development initiatives from planning through execution and evaluation
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English
