プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A globally recognised luxury jewellery company is looking for a Project Manager. The selected candidate will oversee retail store projects from planning and budgeting through construction, handover and post-opening audits.

Responsibilities:

• Execute new store, renovation, remodel and Day-2 projects from initiation to closeout
• Establish project workflows, communication protocols, schedules and budgets
• Review lease terms, site conditions and project requirements
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement and key milestones
• Oversee construction, OAC meetings, procurement coordination and defect-free handover
• Manage project closeout, audits, vendor relationships and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture, engineering, project management, quantity surveying or relevant domain
• More than 5 years of experience in store planning at a global luxury goods or fashion company, contractor or developer
• Understanding of external facades, structural alterations, building systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and structural engineering
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, CAD, & Microsoft Project software
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Proficient in 3D software and Adobe Photoshop
