シニアPRマネージャー/ Senior PR Manager

A multinational technology company is looking for a Senior PR Manager. The successful candidate will drive earned media visibility, manage media relationships, execute tactical PR operations, oversee crisis communications, and develop stories across the local market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead proactive media engagement with major daily newspapers and specialised consumer and technology trade press
• Build and maintain relationships with influential reporters, editors and freelance writers
• Customise global messaging into culturally relevant Japanese narratives for local consumers
• Develop Japanese press kits including fact sheets, backgrounders and high-resolution visual assets
• Manage the end-to-end execution of press conferences and on-site meetings with media and stakeholders
• Oversee daily media clipping and sentiment analysis
• Draft immediate official statements and Q&A documents for media responses when required
• Work cross-functionally to identify and develop stories around the food delivery ecosystem
• Direct PR agencies on a daily basis to ensure media coverage and key message KPIs are achieved

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of hands-on PR experience in the Japanese market, specifically within online food delivery, last-mile logistics or general e-commerce
• Proven experience organising and executing large-scale press conferences in Japan
• Ability to report to global headquarters and interpret global brand guidelines in strong business English
• Ability to write a variety of communications assets, including press releases and company overviews
• Proficient in English
