ショップマネージャー/ Shop Manager

A multinational food retail company is seeking a Shop Manager. The selected candidate will oversee daily shop operations, team development, customer experience, sales performance, cost management, compliance, and KPI improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a unique and genuine customer experience that exceeds customer expectations
• Ensure customer experiences align with brand values and personality
• Train and develop team members to maintain exceptional customer experiences and sales performance
• Engage and motivate staff while building strong customer relationships
• Coach team members in real time to improve sales performance and customer experience
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing team members through networking and succession planning
• Recognise and encourage team member contributions while leading by example
• Monitor business metrics and reports and implement operational actions to improve performance
• Manage controllable costs and implement initiatives to increase sales while maintaining customer experience and brand standards
• Ensure compliance with company rules, attendance requirements, product integrity, workplace standards, and health and safety requirements
• Ensure proper execution of recipes and cooking procedures
• Manage daily production levels and product rotation to maintain freshness and quality standards
• Manage required team member certifications and ensure compliance with health and food regulations
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shop
• Implement company initiatives, processes, communication methods, and systems

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of retail management experience
• Experience building high-performing teams
• Ability to learn and adapt company metrics and implement them for efficient and effective management
• Track record of achieving strong sales, managing costs, and delivering strong KPIs
• Commitment to excellent customer service and engagement
• Professional and clean appearance
• Ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
• Ability to maintain well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight hours
• Ideally speaking English
