Head of Service

A global machinery manufacturer is looking for a Head of Service. The selected candidate will lead service operations, drive strategy, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support teams to achieve objectives
• Set goals and ensure alignment with broader strategies
• Manage various service operations and processes
• Implement practices to improve service efficiency
• Oversee key activities to ensure smooth execution
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance service delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in field service or operations in a fast-pace setting
• More than 5 years of experience in service management or a similar leadership role
• Experience in microscopy or imaging systems is ideal
• Prior experience in electronics or semiconductor is preferred
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English

• 顧客中心の認識を持ち、取引関係管理で実績のある経験
• コミュニケーションレベルの英語力・日本語力
• 顕微鏡・イメージング システム、エレクトロニクス・半導体業界での経験歓迎
