PR・コミュニケーションズ副マネージャー/ PR & Comms Assistant Manager

A global luxury fashion and apparel company is seeking a PR & Communications Assistant Manager. The role will support PR operations, events, communications initiatives, media activities, reporting, and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with press, journalists, editors, and stylists
• Manage daily PR operations, including samples, showroom coordination, and press inquiries
• Plan and execute PR activations and events, including Press Days, previews, pop-ups, and VIP events
• Coordinate cross-functional PR initiatives with merchandising, retail, logistics, and other teams
• Manage PR and marketing calendars, timelines, and media activities
• Support communication strategies across digital, social media, and in-store channels
• Track PR performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, including PR agencies
• Assist with PR and event budgets and monitor cost-effectiveness
• Support project management, reporting, and daily communications for the PR & Communications Manager

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of PR and communications experience
• Experience in luxury fashion
• Business level English
