社内コミュニケーションリード/ Internal Communications Lead

A technology company is looking for an Internal Communications Lead. The selected candidate will drive internal communication strategies, strengthen company culture, lead employer branding initiatives, and execute employee engagement programs. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute initiatives that promote company values and culture
• Plan and manage company-wide internal events and employee engagement activities
• Lead recruitment marketing, employer branding, and PR initiatives
• Build cross-functional programs and processes that strengthen organisational culture

Requirements:

• Experience in internal communications
• Prior experience in embedding corporate values and fostering organisational culture
• Proven experience initiating plans and leading teams or projects
• Fluent level written and spoken Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working at startups or rapidly growing companies
• Prior experience in recruitment and or recruitment branding/communications
