アクイジションマーケティングマネージャー/ Acquisition Marketing Manager

An international eCommerce company is looking for a Marketing Manager, Acquisition. The selected candidate will drive digital performance marketing strategies to attract new delivery partners across regions and vehicle types in Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital strategies across Paid Search, Social, SEO, and Programmatic Digital Product
• Collaborate with the Capacity & Planning team to determine delivery partner requirements
• Conduct audience segment analysis and optimise targeting across key regions and vehicle types
• Oversee performance marketing agencies to ensure effective campaign execution and lead generation
• Monitor and analyse channel performance metrics, including lead conversion rates and cost per lead
• Develop testing roadmaps and recommend new marketing channels and strategies to optimise acquisition

Requirements:

• More than 4 years of marketing experience
• More than 2 years of experience in acquisition marketing in relevant industries
• More than 2 years of experience in agency management
• Proven experience in executing digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising and lead nurture programs
• Proficiency in SQL
• Business level English and Japanese
