ブランドマネージャー/ Brand Manager

A multinational medical device company is looking for a Brand Manager. The selected candidate will adapt global brand strategies for Japan, lead integrated marketing initiatives, and drive brand growth through consumer insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Adapt global brand strategies and develop positioning for the Japanese market
• Plan and execute digital, social, and retail marketing campaigns
• Analyse consumer trends, preferences, and behaviours to inform strategies
• Align marketing initiatives with sales, operations, R&D, and global teams
• Manage agencies and oversee consumer communications and promotional activities
• Track KPIs and evaluate marketing performance

Requirements:

• Experience in consumer insight research and data-driven decision-making
• Knowledge of brand management and FMCG marketing
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing
• Prior market research experience involving consumer insight analysis or data interpretation
• Background in product development from concept creation to project management execution
