Director of Marketing

A global luxury hospitality company is looking for a Director of Marketing and Communications. The selected candidate will lead integrated marketing, communications, public relations and digital initiatives to strengthen the hotel’s commercial performance and brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans
• Lead brand, digital, social media and promotional initiatives
• Monitor market trends and commercial performance to identify opportunities
• Oversee publicity, advertising and public relations activities
• Manage media relations and external communications
• Maintain the organisation’s digital presence and online reputation
• Coordinate marketing communications across internal departments and external partners
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance
• Oversee marketing materials, creative projects and brand communications
• Support media engagements, content production and promotional activities
• Coordinate marketing projects with relevant stakeholders
• Lead, develop and support the Marketing team

Requirements:

• Experience of marketing activities in the hospitality industry
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level spoken and written Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Understanding of Marketing principles and techniques
