EC部門責任者/ Head of eCommerce

An international luxury brand is searching for a Head of eCommerce. The selected candidate will lead the company’s eCommerce business across its website and third-party online channels, driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s eCommerce business across owned and third-party channels
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence through commercial and digital strategies
• Optimise customer experience, digital marketing performance, and online merchandising
• Manage budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and business performance to achieve financial targets
• Partner with local and global stakeholders to deliver seamless omnichannel execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of eCommerce experience
• Experience in managing DTC websites or 3rd-party digital accounts (marketplaces, wholesale, clearance)
• Experience in digital marketing, merchandising, or conversion optimisation
• Data-driven mindset with KPI management skills
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred Requirements:

• Luxury, fashion, or retail industry experience
• Experience with omnichannel commerce and marketplace management
• Experience working in regional or global eCommerce organisations
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
• People management skills
