規制スペシャリスト/ Regulatory Affairs Specialist

A global cosmetics company is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist. The selected candidate will manage product compliance, regulatory submissions, and stakeholder engagement throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Manage regulatory compliance for cosmetics and related products
• Monitor and interpret relevant Japanese regulations
• Oversee product registration and notification processes
• Identify and assess regulatory risks
• Provide guidance on compliant product communication
• Collaborate with internal teams and engage with external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in science (pharmacy or science)
• 5-7 years of experience in regulatory and product communication in cosmetics or non-cosmetics industry
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent level English and Japanese
