クリニカルプロジェクトマネージャー/ Clinical Project Manager

An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Clinical Project Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for contributing to global cross-functional teams responsible for planning and executing product development.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage integrated, cross-functional project timelines with the project team to drive efficient delivery
• Oversee project budgets in collaboration with the Project Leader and/or Project Manager to ensure projects are spending according to allocated budgets
• Collaborate with Cost Center Managers who are responsible and accountable for resources assigned to R&D projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally to collect key insights related to project status and assess actual performance against planned performance
• Proactively identify, escalate, and manage project risks and issues with the Project Leader and team
• Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, documentation of minutes, and repositories

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in life sciences
• 0-5 years of experience managing projects with a cross-functional team (scientific or healthcare experience is preferred)
• Basic understanding of drug development
• Proficient in Japanese and English

Preferred Requirements:

• PMP Certification
• Proficient in Chinese
