Head of Alliance Management

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Head of Alliance Management. The selected candidate will lead strategic alliance management, oversee collaboration performance, and drive operational improvements across license partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic approaches and best practices for managing existing collaborations
• Establish infrastructure and workstreams to centralize operational and contractual activities with license partners
• Oversee alliance performance against corporate objectives and contractual requirements
• Lead the planning, implementation and monitoring of alliance activities
• Identify potential issues, conflicts and risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Drive continuous improvement and change management across alliance operations
• Monitor and support the timely completion of reconciliation procedures

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
• More than 7 years of experience in alliance management, business development, project management, R&D and/or similar form of customer service oriented activity in the healthcare industry
• More than 7 years of experience in the area of relationship management, including customers, suppliers and partners
• Experience in support activities across the alliance lifecycle
• Prior experience in either drug development, pharmacology and/ or pharma marketing/ market access
• Fluent level English
