オペレーショナルエクセレンスリード / Operational Excellence Lead

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for an Operational Excellence Lead. The selected candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage KPIs, and oversee project portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Lead site-wide operational excellence initiatives aligned with global strategy
• Represent the site in global OE and PMO discussions
• Achieve annual cost-saving targets through OE programs
• Facilitate and conduct Six Sigma Yellow & Green Belt training
• Lead complex OE and cross-functional projects
• Oversee KPI tracking, reporting, and project portfolio management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in management in Lean Six Sigma or such efficiency improvement are in factory
• Experience in global pharmaceutical company is a plus
• Prior experience of project leader for complex and global projects (budget/cost, stakeholder, technology/ engineering management)
• Possess valid Lean Six Sigma Belt (Master BB is ideal)
• Proficient in Japanese and English
