クリニカルエンゲージメントマネージャー/ Clinical Engagement Manager

A global medical company is looking for a Clinical Engagement Manager. The selected candidate will lead clinical activities within a specific region, ensuring alignment with local market commercial plans and driving professional development for the team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Clinical Engagement activities within the assigned geographical area
• Oversee KOL (Key Opinion Leader) activities, professional education events, and clinical activation
• Develop and disseminate clinical evidence locally
• Lead local field-based Clinical Specialists/Managers, ensuring their objectives align with commercial success
• Drive cross-functional collaboration within the Clinical Engagement team
• Support strategic product evaluations and case study development
• Analyse medical data, provide actionable insights, and communicate with stakeholders
• Develop clinical and KOL strategies that align with commercial goals
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company procedures for Clinical Engagement

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in a clinical, medical, or marketing field
• More than 5 years of experience in wound care or surgical specialties
• Proven experience in managing clinical and medical activities
• Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level English
