フィールドアプリケーションスペシャリスト/ Field Application Specialist

A renowned biotechnology company is seeking a Field Application Specialist/Scientist (Reproductive Genetics). The successful candidate will provide technical and clinical application support, optimise testing workflows, and collaborate with global teams to support product implementation and commercial growth in Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, product demonstrations, customer training, and troubleshooting
• Support pilot studies and clinical implementation through experimental design, sample collection, workflow optimisation, data analysis, and report interpretation
• Collaborate with global clinical and medical teams to design clinical studies for the Japanese market
• Partner with business development teams on customer visits, seminars, product demonstrations, and promotional activities
• Support clinical applications of PGT-A, PGT-M, PGT-SR, NICS, endometrial receptivity testing, and other reproductive genetic tests
• Coordinate with global R&D, product, bioinformatics, laboratory, and marketing teams to resolve technical issues, localise solutions and materials, and gather market insights

Requirements:

• Prior experience in NGS, molecular diagnostics, reproductive genetics, PGT, IVF laboratory, or related fields
• Knowledge of NGS workflows and genetic testing
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in Field Application, Application Science, Technical Support, Clinical Application, or Technical Sales
