原料調達シニアスペシャリスト/ Ingredient Sourcing Senior Specialist

A multinational food and beverage company is looking for an Ingredient Sourcing Senior Specialist. The selected candidate will develop procurement strategies, manage suppliers and contracts, lead cost-saving and value-creation projects, and optimise sourcing across cost, quality, security, service, innovation, and sustainability. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing activities for specific categories, including dairy ingredients and other materials
• Analyse and forecast market trends, business needs, and environmental impacts to develop mid-term category procurement strategies
• Identify suppliers, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts to execute sourcing strategies
• Ensure proper contract management and compliance with internal standards
• Lead multifunctional projects focused on cost savings and value creation
• Report on raw material costs, pricing, and project progress for global and Japanese scorecards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5-10 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent business experience
• Ability to analyse objectively using facts and data
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues by involving stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience using SAP
• Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 600+)
