物流企画・最適化プロフェッショナル/ Logistics Planning & Optimisation

An international technology leader is seeking a Logistics Planning & Optimisation Professional. The selected candidate will manage logistics schedules, transportation execution, customs and trade operations, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage transportation planning, scheduling, and product delivery coordination
• Track inventory and freight movements and reroute shipments as needed
• Coordinate with transport providers and brokers to ensure efficient execution
• Prepare transportation, import, export, and customs documentation
• Improve transportation processes, systems, and master data
• Ensure compliance with local and global shipping regulations
• Optimise distribution networks and customs procedures
• Identify and implement logistics best practices
• Resolve transportation issues with logistics partners
• Lead continuous improvement projects within transportation
• Monitor logistics performance against budgets and targets
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
• Promote safety and integrity in daily operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Experience supporting Logistics and Customs operations in Japan
• Full understanding of domestic transportation, import, export, trade, and customs operations
• Good relationships with local and global transport suppliers
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of SAP GTS Customs Management and SAP S/4HANA
