インバウンド＆ウェアハウスシニアスペシャリスト/ Inbound & Warehouse Senior Specialist

A multinational food and beverage company is seeking an Inbound & Warehouse Senior Specialist. The role will coordinate 3PL and transportation suppliers, improve logistics quality, service and cost efficiency, and optimise warehouse and distribution operations to support customer needs and business growth. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring shipments, goods receipt, storage, and deliveries are executed in line with quality and food safety requirements
• Manage relationships with 3PL warehouse and transportation suppliers and drive continuous improvements in productivity, operations, and cost efficiency
• Manage logistics performance through KPI monitoring and improvement initiatives
• Handle warehouse and logistics supplier invoices, ensuring accurate data and timely processing
• Conduct DC audits and support annual inventory counts
• Manage international and domestic 3rd Party Manufacturers for logistics performance, quality, and cost
• Manage international transportation operations for overseas 3rd Party Manufacturers and customer deliveries in collaboration with selected forwarders
• Work with the Quality Food Safety Department to improve shipment quality and meet company standards
• Propose and provide appropriate logistics solutions for 3PL warehouse, IFO, and FTC operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in 3PL management
• More than 3 years of experience in warehouse management or local transport management
• Experience in logistics cost analysis and management
• Experience executing logistics and logistics improvement projects
• Intermediate level Excel and PPT skills
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Import/Export forwarding experience or forwarder management
• SAP ERP process knowledge
