An international semiconductor company is hiring for a Customer Quality professional. The selected candidate will manage global customer relationships, drive quality improvement initiatives, and lead customer communication strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage global customer relationships, focusing on satisfaction, performance, and quality improvements
• Facilitate closure of customer issues in alignment with cross-functional teams
• Act as primary interface for quality-related inquiries and outgoing communications for released products
• Lead QMR customer communication and support impact analysis and mitigation plans
• Support risk assessments and advise business line QM heads on release decisions
• Promote quality initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle
• Coordinate and support customer audits and visits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Practical experience in semiconductor devices or process knowledge
• Prior customer communication experience with engineering or business background
• Hands on experience in semiconductor quality management
• Proven experience working with global teams
• Experience in direct communication with customers
• Understanding of quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC/SQC, Pareto analysis)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and overseas
• Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 700+)
