カスタマーサービス代表/ Customer Service Representative

An international chemical and material company is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will manage Order-to-Cash operations and deliver best-in-class support to customers and business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Order-to-Cash activities across 3 business segments with a regional scope
• Manage orders from contract to delivery, including order confirmation, invoicing, and coordination for all order types (EDI, Export, etc.)
• Provide proactive updates on order status and take action to maximise service delivery
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to products, services, and the supply chain
• Analyse SAP reports to identify and resolve open issues
• Coordinate communication between Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and other support teams
• Receive and process customer claims, ensuring timely feedback
• Build trust with customers through open and proactive communication
• Resolve routine customer problems by following established procedures
• Accurately follow detailed customer instructions to fulfil requests

Requirements:

• Significant customer relations experience in complex international environments
• Proven experience in customer service and order management
• Experience in the chemical industry is preferred
• Proficient in the SAP SD module
• Fluent level English; proficient in Japanese
