変革担当シニアマネージャー/ Transformation Senior Manager

A global supply chain solutions company is looking for a Senior Manager, Operations Transformation & Performance Management. The selected candidate will drive operational transformation, performance improvement and cross-functional delivery of business and financial targets. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive PMO governance, execution tracking and operational transformation
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver business targets under the Financial Performance Program
• Deliver EBITDA improvement and financial performance targets
• Implement transformation initiatives and track realised benefits against approved business cases
• Improve asset utilisation, crate turn rates and depot and Service Center productivity
• Drive transportation cost reductions and maintain executive stakeholder satisfaction

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or business transformation
• Experience steering operational transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business results through data-driven problem solving
• Prior project and program leadership experience in complex organisations
• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Previous operational transformation experience
• Business level Japanese and English (German is a plus)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working alongside global consulting firms on transformation programmes
• Prior consulting, business transformation, operations excellence, or strategic PMO experience
• Proven returnable packaging, logistics, or supply chain operations experience
• Proficient in SAP, Power BI, or other analytics platforms
• Possess valid Lean Six Sigma certification
• Possess valid Project Management Professional or Prince2 certification (Projects in Controlled Environments)
