OCC シニアマネージャー/ OCC Senior Manager

A global supply chain solutions company is looking for an OCC Senior Manager. The selected candidate will lead regional OCC strategy, service performance, process standardisation, customer operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the regional OCC strategy, operating model, governance framework, and performance standards
• Oversee end-to-end order management, customer care, fulfilment coordination, and field stock management
• Drive O2C performance through KPI monitoring, root cause analysis, process standardisation, and continuous improvement
• Lead cross-functional and cross-country issue resolution, ensuring effective coordination across sales, logistics, finance, operations, and planning
• Improve operational efficiency through process simplification, automation, digitalisation, and scalable delivery models
• Build and develop a high-performing OCC organisation while driving accountability, leadership development, and succession planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, office management, supply chain, or a relevant domain
• Experience in multi-country operations, shared services, or centralised service environments
• Prior experience in Customer Care and/or Order-to-Cash environments
• Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams and leadership structures
• Previous experience in leading automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Background in operational transformation and process standardisation
• Prior background with ERP/CRM systems and data analytics tools (Power BI)
• Excellent performance management and KPI governance skills
• Knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
• Fluent level Japanese; professional level English
