サードパーティ運用マネージャー/ Third Party Operations Manager

A renowned medical technology company is looking for a Third Party Operations Manager. The selected candidate will manage S&OP, material planning, procurement, inventory, supplier coordination and operational risk.

Responsibilities:

• Lead S&OP processes with OEM and third-party suppliers to align capacity with customer demand
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply risks and operational bottlenecks
• Execute MRP and optimise inventory through Min/Max planning and safety stock strategies
• Manage purchase orders, resolve discrepancies and ensure timely supplier fulfilment
• Maintain Oracle data accuracy, validate forecasts and improve key operational KPIs
• Lead supply chain reviews and manage in-transit inventory to support fulfilment and working capital goals
• Lead assigned projects, track milestones and ensure timely completion of action plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related domain
• More than 8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations
• More than 3 years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience in OEM and third-party supplier management, tactical buying, and S&OP processes
• Prior experience leading and facilitating Kaizen initiatives
• Understanding of MRP systems, inventory planning, and ERP platforms (Oracle is a plus)
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or electronics)
• Prior experience defining and tracking yearly Demand, Production and Inventory budgets
• Proven experience in Oracle OBI
• Proficient in MS Excel
