マーケットプレイスマネージャー/ Marketplace Manager

A multinational sportswear and lifestyle company is seeking a Marketplace Manager. The successful candidate will develop marketplace strategies, drive sales and profitability, manage digital promotions, optimise customer experiences, and lead cross-functional collaboration to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketplace strategies to achieve business objectives
• Manage marketplace sales performance, revenue growth and profitability
• Lead business planning, forecasting and promotional activities across marketplaces
• Manage digital marketing, including SEO, digital advertising and marketplace-specific campaigns
• Optimise marketplace content and customer experience
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to improve business performance
• Prepare regular performance analysis and reports to support decision-making
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen digital partnerships
• Lead and coach marketplace team members to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in eCommerce and marketplace management within the fashion apparel industry
• Experience managing digital advertising
• Experience in sales and promotional planning and analysis
• Knowledge of HTML
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including SUMIF, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF and PivotTables
