クリエイティブマーケター/ Creative Marketer

An international eCommerce company is looking for a Creative Marketer. The selected candidate will plan and manage offline events, develop pop-up and promotional initiatives, coordinate venues and external partners, support event operations, and analyse post-event impact. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage offline events in Japan
• Plan and propose pop-up events and promotional initiatives
• Select venues and coordinate with production companies and external partners
• Manage event-day progress and provide operational support
• Coordinate promotional activities with social media and digital initiatives
• Prepare post-event reports and analyse event impact
• Support the planning of brand communication initiatives
• Drive projects proactively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience operating pop-up stores and brand events
• Experience planning and managing offline events in Japan
• Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry

Preferred requirements:

• Practical experience in the ecommerce industry
• Experience in Korean business and dealing with Korean companies
• Business level English; proficient in Korean
