ルームズディレクター/ Director of Rooms

A multinational luxury hospitality and wellness company is looking for a Director of Rooms. The selected candidate will lead rooms operations, guest experience, team development, sustainability initiatives, outsourced engineering and security functions, and CapEx projects while maintaining brand standards and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Rooms operations in line with company standards and strategic objectives
• Drive exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards
• Develop and implement operational strategies, processes and service initiatives
• Lead, engage and develop teams to strengthen performance and service delivery
• Oversee departmental budgets, compliance, reporting and operational performance
• Manage key property functions, external partners and improvement projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in hospitality, hotel or business management
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar hotel operational role
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of POS, PMS and CRM platforms
• Understanding of hotel/resort and policies regarding reservations, discounts and detailed procedures in handling local and overseas room bookings
