クライアントエンゲージメント/ Head of Client Engagement (Senior Manager)

A foreign luxury fashion brand is searching for a Head of Client Engagement. The chosen applicant will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of client engagement strategy in Japan
• Analyse market and customer reports
• Develop and implement strategies that grow the customer base and drive sales
• Manage the CRM system
• Work closely with E-Commerce and other key departments to enhance a consistent approach
• Develop and manage partnerships in accordance with HQ strategy
• Improve Client Service processes and procedures
• Explore market trends, solutions, and innovations to offer best-in-class experience to clients

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in a similar position (HQs-based and Retail context)
• Knowledge and experience of database structures and CRM tools is desirable
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to clearly translate results into actionable insights
• Good communication skills
• Fluent level English; other languages is a plus
