- Partner with procurement to manage the lifecycle from tender to contract award and improve vendor accountability in accordance with company procurement policy
- Author scopes of work, RFPs, and capital expenditure justifications
- Lead constructability reviews on electrical, mechanical, and architectural designs and establish repeatable review frameworks for the team
- Identify and drive standardisation opportunities across the regional project portfolio
- Design and implement risk, issue, and change management frameworks to mitigate delivery risks at portfolio scale
- Own project adherence to internal governance, quality assurance, regulatory, and security standards
- Drive compliance with global EHS policies and high-risk activity standards across all project sites
- Maintain portfolio-level risk registers with mitigation strategies and regular executive-level reporting
- Mentor and develop Construction Managers and provide technical guidance
- Serve as the regional point of contact for senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and decision-making
