インテリアデザイナー/ Interior Designer

A multinational interior design company is looking for an Interior Designer. The selected candidate will lead interior design projects, develop design concepts, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and oversee construction to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of interior projects within the department
• Collaborate with the material engineer to determine material selections and space colour schemes
• Prepare rendering concept sketches and follow up on rendering quality and outcomes
• Communicate design proposals with the Design Director and clients until final approval is achieved
• Prepare construction drawing concepts at the design development stage and monitor drawing quality
• Track project construction progress and resolve design-related issues throughout implementation
• Improve design quality by providing effective solutions during the construction phase

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in interior design and architecture
• More than 5 years of experience in interior design and architectural scheme design
• Experience designing large-scale projects, including five-star hotels, residential properties, villas, sales offices, shopping malls, and office buildings
• Strong conceptual design ability, creativity, spatial thinking, and hand-drawing skills
• Ability to independently complete overall planning and design projects with bold and innovative concepts
