エンジニアリングマネージャー/ Engineering Manager

A global energy technology company is seeking an Engineering Manager / Staff. The selected candidate will analyse technical requirements, design ESS solutions, manage technical risks, negotiate technical agreements, maintain customer relationships, and translate market needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyse technical requirements for overseas ESS projects
• Communicate with clients, design ESS solutions based on client needs, and prepare bidding documents
• Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation
• Prepare and negotiate technical agreements
• Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and market information
• Collect and analyse technical requirements of the local market and translate them into competitive product demands

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or other science and engineering majors
• More than 5 years of experience in energy projects including energy storage, photovoltaic, or power generation
• Familiarity with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems
• Experience in microgrid energy storage system development and familiarity with grid-forming PCS technology
• Familiarity with the development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions
• Proficient level English
