A global oil and energy company is looking for a Marine Account Manager. The selected candidate will drive marine sales, develop customer and distributor relationships, and identify opportunities for business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and achieve business targets across the assigned territory
• Manage customer and distributor relationships to support business growth
• Analyse sales performance, market trends, and pricing opportunities
• Develop and implement business plans with distributors and channel partners
• Engage regularly with customers to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities
• Support the development of customer offers based on market and competitive insights
• Monitor business opportunities and risks to support commercial planning
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and deliver solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Excellent negotiation and value selling skills
• Skilled in leveraging digital tools and applications to support the selling process and enhancing customer experience
• Proficient in Japanese and English
