FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

An international fashion company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. The selected candidate will provide financial and operational reporting, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and deliver financial insights to support management decision-making and business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver month-end, monthly forecast, and annual budgeting reporting packages to support management decision-making
• Collaborate with business teams to deliver accurate monthly financial forecasts and Annual Plans for business segments and overhead expenses within timelines
• Support monthly financial forecasting and annual planning processes
• Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts
• Analyse financial variances, prepare commentaries and reporting, and provide recommendations to functional teams
• Support Capex management and forecasting for designated business segments
• Manage and train team members and lead assigned processes
• Guide and mentor the reporting hub in India while driving continuous improvement in system integrity and report quality

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in financial or business analysis
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong technical skills in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the retail industry
• Basic accounting knowledge of J-GAAP or US GAAP
