財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

An international logistics group is looking for an Accounting/Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial operations, accounting compliance, budgeting, tax support, internal controls, and finance team management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end closing, accounting analysis, cost tracking, and budget variance reviews
• Oversee fixed asset management, depreciation, and investment and asset purchase approvals
• Manage cash forecasting, receivables collection, DSO monitoring, and timely accounts payable
• Oversee intercompany billing, transfer pricing, and AP/AR netting activities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury procedures, vendor management, and expense policies
• Coordinate internal and external audits, budgeting, tax filings, and IFRS to JGAAP adjustments
• Establish and enforce effective accounting policies, methods, and principles
• Lead team performance, coaching, development, compliance, and communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or finance
• 3-7 years of financial experience
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level English
