経理マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A global cybersecurity company is looking for an Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial reporting, group consolidation, compliance, tax, treasury, stakeholder management, and accounting process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting
• Manage group consolidation and validate financial data from overseas subsidiaries
• Analyse financial results, investigate variances, and maintain accurate reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with accounting, statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and audit processes
• Oversee tax filings, cash management, treasury activities, and cash flow forecasting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, or a relevant domain
• More than 5 years of accounting experience
• Experience in group consolidation and consolidated financial reporting within a multinational organisation
• Prior experience preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS, US GAAP, or JGAAP
• Proven experience with financial reporting and consolidation tools
• Understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Skilled in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in multinational corporations and/or public accounting firms
• Possess valid CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification
