財務業務担当/ Finance Operation

A global technology company is looking for a Finance Operations professional. The selected candidate will oversee budgeting, accounting operations, banking, tax compliance and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual budgets and monthly actual and forecast reports
• Review accounting transactions and manage monthly and annual closing activities
• Coordinate daily operations with the Shared Service Centre and administrative staff
• Manage banking operations and fixed asset activities
• Coordinate audits and internal control activities
• Liaise with tax authorities and support tax returns and statutory financial statement preparation

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of professional experience
• Experience in tax auditing
• Understanding of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US & JGAAP)
• Business level Japanese and English
