財務スペシャリスト/ Finance Specialist

A global laboratory testing company is looking for a Finance Specialist. The selected candidate will handle client billings, vendor payments, employee expenses, transactional accounting, month-end closing, audits, process improvement projects, and other day-to-day finance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day transactional accounting work across AP, AR, employee expense reimbursements, GL journal entries, Tax, and other related tasks
• Coordinate and collaborate with onshore and offshore BPO teams
• Support monthly closing, global and local audits, and other routine tasks in coordination with Finance Teams
• Contribute to overall team assurance regarding quality, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance under the guidance of the Transactional Group Manager
• Support the Manager and staff as a partner to the Manager and drive performance improvement across the organisation
• Participate in projects to improve process efficiency, internal controls, and post-M&A integration

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in relevant finance work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt well in a fast-paced environment and handle uncertainty or a lack of established precedence
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with the business
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
