ファイナンシャルアカウンタント/ Financial Accountant

A global medical technology company is seeking a Financial Accountant. The selected candidate will handle accounting activities including reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, budgeting, tax preparation, and audit support. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts receivable cash applications
• Check employee expense reimbursements
• Check vendor invoices and prepare journal entries
• Reconcile intercompany balances and balance sheets
• Support corporate reporting requirements
• Support forecast and annual budget preparation
• Support corporate audit correspondence
• Support tax return preparation
• File journal vouchers
• Handle ad hoc finance and accounting requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in English finance and accounting
• Strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with ERP and other systems
• Possess a valid Japan commercial bookkeeping level 2+
• Professional level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working at a multinational corporation
• Eagerness to learn finance and accounting, including corporate tax
